Author Faleena Hopkins has taken it upon herself to trademark the word “cocky” within the romance book world. By doing so she has created quite a backlash for herself as she has threatened to sue any and all authors who do not remove the word cocky from their book titles or descriptions. She uploaded a Facebook live video address those who are upset by her actions in the most bizarre way. Her behavior is disturbing. There was no way I could stay silent any longer. Check out my running commentary on the video with my husband.
