⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4 STARS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t know about you but I just love, love, love a good novella after a happily ever after book.

Let me introduce to you Endless Possibility: a RUSH Novella by Emma Scott, a beautiful novella to Rush: City Lights New York by Emma Scott. Please feel free to check out my messy review of Rush here.

I’m going to keep it pretty on this one, no worries, you’ll love it.

First a quick word from the author…

Synopsis

After the disastrous Planet X party, Noah Lake knows he must to learn to cope with his anger and bitterness, to learn to live as he is and not as he had been. He sets out on an impossible journey, alone, in the hopes of making himself worthy of Charlotte’s love, and to slay the demons of an old life that is lost to him. As he makes his arduous way across Europe, following Charlotte’s tour, Noah writes of his experiences that will become his memoir, and it is only after reading his words that Charlotte comes to fully understand the hardships Noah endured for their sake; a journey that nearly broke him in mind, body, and spirit. She knows what she must do: show Noah that while she is the light in his darkness, he is the music in her heart, and that without him, she’d be just as lost. Endless Possibility is the final chapters in a love story about acceptance, peace, and the bond between two souls who have found their equal in each other, and the happily ever after they both deserve.

Alright, let’s get into it…

I hope you have already Rush, if not it’s alright, check out my review to catch up.

At the end of Rush, Noah and Charlotte end up together in Europe, I can’t remember which city at the moment but that’s okay. What we didn’t find out was what Noah had been up to after Charlotte heads out on tour. We know that Noah had been following her tour and watching, I mean listening to her perform each night. We find out all the details in the book but it’s not all peaches and cream. Noah went through a lot of shit, some good and too much bad.

He sets a challenge for himself, travel throughout Europe without any assistance. Of course our dear, sweet Lucien was going to force a bit of help where he could, even if Noah didn’t want any of it.

“Aren’t you always telling me that the best thing is rarely easiest?”

“I have been known to use that phrase from time to time.”

“Well, this isn’t easy. It’s the hardest fucking thing I’ve ever done, so it has to be right.”

Noah is so damn stubborn but I still love him. It’s that stubbornness that was preventing him of letting go of his previous life, when he could see and learning how to live as a blind man.

You want to learn how to live blind? Then fucking learn, snowflake. This is no other way.

Except that wasn’t what I wanted. I didn’t want to learn to function blind. I didn’t want to be blind at all.

“I don’t want to be blind,” I said aloud.

Fuck… I really felt for him, like a lot. He broke my heart.

Yet, Noah still finds a way to get out there, to try, to learn, to grow, to be what he believes Charlotte deserves.

It wasn’t an easy task and he faced so many challenges. Sometimes I had to put my Kindle down and just drop a tear or two because he broke my heart. Think about it… You’re blind, you’re in a different city or country ever 2-3 days and you getting there by airplanes, trains and/or buses. I’ve been to many countries and I have trouble navigating and the idea of doing any of that blind is crazy scary. But Noah did it, he fucking did it!

Noah once traveled the world without such difficulties and now to him, he was reduced to half a man and it took a toll on him internally.

Words that had never, in my past life, been used to describe me hung over me every day. Helpless. Slow. Hesitant. Lost.

OMG! Can you image? I just felt so sad reading this. I hate the thought of a man losing what they value, when some makes them feel less than a man. Breaks my freaking heart.

There were times when I was reading about Noah’s struggles and I wanted to reach inside my Kindle and hand him a Xanax or something to calm the fuck down.

Can I skip ahead to some real quick?

Thanks!

At one point Noah goes shopping to get a dress for Charlotte and something he said turned me on. He has the dress he wants for Charlotte that the sales person helped him find and…

“I’ll take it”

“But….shall I tell you the price, sir?”

I smiled and shrugged. “If you have to.”

This conversation right here just gave Noah a seat at the table as my new book boyfriend. Yasssss!

I can’t speak for any other woman but I find it’s so sexy when I go shopping with my man and he’s like, “Get whatever you want. I don’t care how much it costs.” That shit is a turn on. I don’t know why, but it is. You can almost guarantee that after a successful day of shopping with my husband he gets a special treat, if you know what I mean.

I’m about to wrap this up.

The beautiful part of this story is that the whole time Noah thought he was making this trip to better himself for Charlotte, but Charlotte needed it as well. She grew just as much from this experience at he did. Noah helped her in ways he didn’t realize and that’s just so freaking beautiful. No, it’s gorgeous.

Side note: Get some tissues ready for the epilogue because it was so touching. I cried some happy tears folks.

I kept it pretty so I have no need to clean up any mess. TTYL…
